Job Details:

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting and/or unloading materials while maintaining compliance with all Tyson Foods policies, procedures, and safety standards. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Job Duties

• Support Loadout Department operations, which run six days per week (Monday–Saturday) with rotating weekends.
• Work in cold, damp, and humid environments with temperatures ranging from –22°F to 35°F.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 110 lbs.
• Perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and all assigned shifts.
• Complete basic data‑entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), to support departmental documentation and reporting.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Work in a cold, damp, and humid environment as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 months of continuous work history with the same employer. Production experience in a meat processing facility is preferred.
