Senior Associate, US Commercial Early Talent Operations

The Senior Associate, US Commercial Early Talent Operations plays a key role in shaping Pfizer’s next generation of Commercial talent by leading the operational delivery of our early talent programs. This role owns the execution of the PfizerFutures US Commercial internship program and supports our Commercial Associate and Marketing MBA rotational programs—ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Program Operations
- Own end-to-end operations for the PfizerFutures US Commercial internship program, including collaborating with PX, business leaders and early talent recruiting team to manage the candidate selection process, project identification and placement, onboarding and 10 week summer internship experience.
- Support end-to-end operations for the Commercial Associate Rotational and Marketing Rotational Programs, in collaboration with the Program Leads including organizing recruiting logistics, orchestrating project placements, program communications, onboarding logistics, and performance tracking.
- Manage the orchestration and tracking of project rotation matching process using in-house built AI portal, leveraging internal performance systems and surveys to manage performance evaluations and keeping Workday development files updated.
- Prepare reports, survey and analyze data related to program performance, participant progress, and overall effectiveness.
- Own the technical enhancement and upkeep of the Program AI Portal to add two new program requirements, in partnership with Digital and third-party vendor.
- Manage program evaluation surveys and key success metrics.
- Document and track the colleague rotational experiences and update talent cards.
Recruiting
- Assist in recruiting top talent for the programs, including attending recruiting conferences/events, coordinating and conducting interviews, managing candidate communications, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies leveraging Pfizer Futures and other channels to attract diverse, high-potential talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and industry partners to strengthen talent pipelines.
Culture Building & Engagement
- Work closely with Program Leads, to support a strong, inclusive culture within early talent programs, aligned with Pfizer’s values to include owning the planning of events such as networking sessions, guest speaker presentations, and team-building activities to enrich the program experience.
- Support the operations for onboarding/training curriculum in partnership with Marketing Academy team.
- Engage program alumni, school relationship managers, and senior leaders to create meaningful connections and learning opportunities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in program management, operations, or talent development within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience managing events, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with AI and creative design tools such as Canva, Copilot, PowerBI.
- Proven project management and execution skills in highly matrixed, or regulated environments; track record of ability to self-manage, prioritize work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage credibly with executive leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort operating in regulated environments.

- Prior experience in early talent recruiting or early talent pipeline development is a plus.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bApply for this role
