Your role sits within an agile in-house Recruitment team, where your end to end recruitment experience is critical in gaining the greatest value from our candidate pool.</p><p></p><h2><span><b>The Value You Bring:</b></span></h2><ul><li>Your relationship management skills play a significant role as you liaise with the Hiring Managers on their recruitment needs</li><li>You bring a broad knowledge of the global technology talent market to help build candidate pipelines</li><li>You help us to further build and maintain our network of potential candidates through dedicated market research and ongoing relationship management.</li><li>Your ideas and strategies will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that deliver the highest quality results to the hiring manager and company.</li></ul><p></p><h2><span><b>Your Experience</b></span></h2><p>Your strong collaboration skills are essential in staying connected to the team. A self-starter and self-sufficient you are able to work with little to no direct supervision.</p><ul><li>E2E recruitment experience with specific expertise in recruiting for high Tech roles.</li><li>Experience with sourcing, tracking and interacting with candidates in a large scale enterprise ATS (Workday ideally) and within candidate sourcing platforms (such as HireEz or Linkedin).</li><li>Highly proficient in MS Office and having an ability to interact with and mine large data sets in Excel</li><li>Experience handling and prioritizing multiple (35+) searches and remote relationship management.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills; a confidence and ability to tell a story and work effectively with employees at all levels.</li><li>Requires flexibility and demonstrable experience in working in a dynamic environments.</li><li>Strong written communication, organizational and negotiation skills.</li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2>Category:</h2><h2></h2>Human Resources
