Position Summary: We are seeking a Therapist who participates as a member of the treatment team to design and implement the individual care plans for program clients in accordance with policies, rules, regulations, and directives which apply. 

Utilizes a variety of treatment approaches and case coordination to work with a diverse client population. Can work with a range of individuals which may include adolescents, adults, geriatric with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.  

Our ideal candidate for our Therapist position will be a Colorado licensed counselor or social worker or registered psychotherapist. Candidate should have a preliminary license to practice one of the following: clinical social work, addictions counseling, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling, to work with adolescents and/or adults. You will provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals with mental illness. You will work with talented colleagues in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery. 

We are looking for a clinical professional with experience in various treatment approaches in Mental Health and Substance Use evaluations, individual and group therapy is preferred. Experience doing Mental Health and Substance Abuse evaluations, individual Substance Abuse or Mental Health therapy and groups.

Salary: Starting Pay Range $46,800 (Base rate $44,720.00 + Locale $2,080.00) - $69,388.80

• Therapist-Unlicensed: Starts at $21.00 - $26.52 per hour, Non-Exempt
• Therapist-Licensed: $58,240.00 - $71,468.80, Exemption based on annualized salary.

  Locale differentials are also included this position of $2,080.00 annually for full-time
