As a Home Care Aide with CASL, you'll receive: $18.50/hour pay + $1,500 sign-on bonus Flexible scheduling to fit your availability $500 internal referral bonus when you refer another caregiver CASL provides training and support!
Your Mission: The Home Care Aide is a vital contributor to the well-being and independence of our senior adults in our community. This role involves providing essential household and personal care support under the supervision of the participant, their family members, or authorized representatives, ensuring each individual receives tailored, high-quality assistance. By carrying out tasks outlined in the participant's Plan of Care, the HCA helps clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes. This position plays a critical role in fostering a supportive and safe environment for clients, empowering them to live more independently. Through dedicated care and ongoing professional development, the HCA directly impacts the lives of seniors, reinforcing CASL’s mission to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive services. Compensation & Benefits:
- This position offers an hourly rate of $18.50.
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus: All new Home Care Aides who join CASL will receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus as part of their welcome to the organization.
- $500 Internal Referral Bonus: As an HCA at CASL, if you know someone who would be a great addition to our HCA team, refer them to CASL! Once your referral joins us and completes 90 days of employment, you’ll receive a $500 referral bonus as a thank-you for helping us connect with amazing talent.
- This position complies with Cook County's Paid Sick Leave Ordinance, offering accrued sick leave to eligible employees. Additional benefits may be available depending on hours worked and length of employment.
