If you are a student looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! This role is an exciting opportunity to support the HVACR Americas business. Based in our Sidney, Ohio location, you will support daily and long term project functions of their respective teams. You will assist project engineers with various new product development and existing product support activities, including completing test projects on refrigeration or air conditioning systems and customer support. You will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities in the labs, handling large volumes of data, and conducting technical calculations, as well as implementing new technologies. You will require positive, productive interactions with multiple internal resources of varying disciplines. 

AS A PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN, YOU WILL: 

• Participate in business development projects
• Assist with competitive benchmarking and customer research
• Assist with product development projects to support teams within sales, marketing, and engineering
• Work with product managers to enable sales for downstream marketing

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering Management, or related field
• Sophomore or higher class status
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing or related field
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Skilled in MS Suite
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Effective organization and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation- Sidney has multiple locations and will need own transportation for commuting
