Service Technician (100% Travel)

We are currently seeking an Service Technician to support the marketing and sales fleet at headquarters and while traveling.  This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of vehicles with the ability to travel 75- 100% of the time.

The Role

• Travel with the Marketing & Sales teams, providing technical support & upkeep of marketing & sales vehicles 
• Support new market launches and gallery/service center openings 
• Ability to travel up to 75% - 100% of the time
• Become an embedded part of Beta Build, becoming a technical expert in Lucid vehicles 
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles 
• Work efficiently within a multidisciplinary cooperative environment 
• Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), equity award, paid time off, etc

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software
• EPA 609 Certification
• ASE Certification(s)
• Must possess a valid driver license
• A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in busy customer-facing environments 
• Enjoy direct customer interaction and supporting Marketing & Sales events
• Flexible work availability and ability to travel as needed to support Sales & Marketing efforts

• OEM Certified Master Technician
