WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sr. Demand Planning Analyst who will be responsible for owning the general market, sales, and supply chain analysis required to understand, predict, and enhance mobile phone sales and availability at our largest Carrier account. You will oversee data collection, performance analysis, problem identification, and associated recommendations which support mobile planning, operations, and customer demand. You will ensure customer needs are met while minimizing overall supply chain costs. You will report to the Director of Sales & Operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

Leads Weekly/quarterly S&OP process for Carrier Account across smartphones, tablets and mobile enhancements.
- Responsible for development of demand forecast to meet sales, financial, and inventory requirements for company and the customer.
- Collaborates cross-functionally (e.g., with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to achieve a balance between smartphone inventory levels, purchase and sales targets and production capability.
- Functions as the focal point to improve communications between headquarters and various internal/External stake holders including Product Management and Marketing teams.
- Communicates daily between headquarters and local organizations on production allocation, delivery requirements and inventory management.
- Provides Sales & Marketing teams with frequent updates of product launch schedule
