Project Manager-Customer Relationship Management

We are looking for an aspiring leader who is intelligent, purpose-driven, and can comfortably shift between big picture thinking and project execution. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who cares about the patient experience, loves learning, thrives in cross-functional areas, understands marketing principles, is familiar with and enjoys marketing technology, specifically CRM platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation, consumer data platforms, etc.
The Project Manager coordinates multiple ongoing CRM projects ranging from low to medium complexity, which may encompass multiple business areas and customer journeys. Provides day-to-day coordination, internal and external communications, issue/resolution, financial inputs, and KPI metrics related to specific projects. Informally oversees resources assigned to projects and must be familiar with project scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Facilitates current and future state business processes, requirements, elicitation, solutions and development, test management, and vendor/partner collaboration.

- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
