Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman’s HR Service Center is seeking a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Software Developer to support the strategy and capabilities of our Corporate HR team. In this position, you will become part of a team of experts supporting our ServiceNow platform, delivering intuitive, employee-centric, industry-leading, and secure HR solutions. You will configure and develop HRSD applications and/or modules, compile technical documentation, and analyze system capabilities to identify output requirements, data import requirements, and programming techniques. You will need to be a self-starter who can work in an agile environment focused on innovative HR service delivery. Your excellent technical, communication, and collaboration skills will be utilized as you work with passionate, motivated individuals across the enterprise.
This position preferred to be located in Irving, TX, but is open to a virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities of the successful candidate include, but are not limited to:
Designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow HRSD solutions in support of enterprise HR initiatives (e.g., HR Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Journeys, HR services, and record producers)
Configuring and maintaining HRSD components including HR services, case templates, HR knowledge, HR workflows, lifecycle events, journeys, COEs, and security/role models
Modifying, maintaining, and modernizing existing HRSD solutions to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency
Demonstrating proficiency with workflow automation, UI policies, data policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations within HRSD
Collaborating with HR product owners and stakeholders to understand HR/business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Working with cross-functional teams to integrate HRSD with core HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and other enterprise platforms
Using various communication channels and collaboration tools to interact with virtual HR customers, process owners, and development teams
