Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p> <p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Corporate Trust, Client Service team. This role is located in Dublin.</span></p> <p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Day to day oversight of the assigned portfolios to ensure high Client Experience Levels and support multiple, complex client accounts.</span></li> <li><span>Transaction Management: - Cash &amp; Trade (Loans, Bonds etc) Management Oversight – ability to engage with Clients to ensure timely execution, Report Review and preparation on Portfolio’s Performance, Monitoring of Service Level</span></li> <li><span>Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY. The one of primary responsibility is the management of a portfolio of loans in which BNY act as facility agent and/or security trustee. The Senior Associate will quickly address and resolve problems, possess strong decision-making and organizational skills. </span></li> <li><span>Collaboration: Continuous dialogue and open communication with Lead Manager and Group Manager on status of work being completed by supporting teams</span></li> <li><span>Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Helps develop process improvements.</span></li> <li><span>Preparing and distributing notices to Client and each syndicate lender as required by the Credit Facility, including Reminders, Rollovers &amp; Rate sets</span></li> <li><span>Calculating interest rates for each accrual period and distributing rate set notices</span></li> <li><span>Track and pay multiple lenders in a single interest period removing Lender of Record claims</span></li> <li><span>Billing and collecting principal, interest, and fee payments from Client. Distributing all funds collected to the syndicate lenders</span></li> <li><span>Collecting of financial statements and compliance requirements from Client as required by the Credit Facility, forwarding such information to each syndicate lender in accordance with the Credit Facility</span></li> <li><span>Processing lender assignments and maintaining the official lender register</span></li> <li><span>Full capability to support official Alternative Reference Rates in accordance with published conventions</span></li> <li><span>Employee Development: Key role in training of support team on Client and deal specific requirements </span></li> <li><span>Develop strong working relationships with Front Office Relationship Managers</span></li> <li><span>Identify and resolve issues while serving as a high-level escalation point for complex situations and ensure that they are brought to a successful resolution</span></li> <li><span>Resolves complex or non-routine client issues or inquires, as needed.</span></li> <li><span>Central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities</span></li> </ul> <p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Experience in Corporate Trust or related in financial markets/securities industry (with specific experience in the role of facility/security agent)</span></li> <li><span>Strong Client Management Experience and Ability to review deal governing documents</span></li> <li><span>Experience in Loans (syndicated, bi-lateral, real estate) very desirable</span></li> <li><span>Solid understanding of the product(s) administered by the group and thorough understanding of risk management and control practices.</span></li> <li><span>To proactively monitor and manage the activities performed within our business partners outside of Ireland</span></li> <li><span>Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills</span></li> <li><span>Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines</span></li> <li><span>Problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in using Microsoft packages particularly Excel </span></li> </ul> <p><span>At BNY, our cul
