As Program Manager II, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with leadership in our Medical Specialty Institute. In this role, you will work on projects to bring in and retain caregivers on our teams. This position is a rewarding opportunity, offering growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support and numerous development resources. You gain extensive exposure across the institute and departments, helping facilitate the start of an exciting path in Administration and Program Management.

A caregiver in this position works days M--F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

• Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 

• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and tow year of experience 

• Three years of experience in project management, data analysis, and systems training

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

• Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
