​​QA/QC Manager (On-Site Support) 

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance frameworks for social service programs. This leadership role guides a team of QA professionals, ensures adherence to regulatory and best practice standards, and champions a culture of quality throughout the program. Compensation & Benefits: 

Estimated Starting Salary Range for QA/QC Manager (On-Site Support):  $95K 

Pay commensurate with experience. 

Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. 

 

​​QA/QC Manager (On-Site Support) Responsibilities Include:   

Lead, supervise, and mentor the QA/QC team to ensure high performance and accountability.  

Develop and implement strategic QA/QC frameworks and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. 

Conduct service delivery assessments, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvements. 

Collaborate with program leadership to integrate QA/QC into all aspects of service delivery. 

Design and manage performance dashboards, quality audits, and program evaluation tools. 

Drive continuous improvement efforts through data-informed decision-making. 

Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices, policies, and procedures. 

Develop and revise policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and regulatory compliance. 

Performs other job-related duties as assigned 

 

​​QA/QC Manager (On-Site Support) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:   

Bachelor’s degree in social services, public administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 

 A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance or program evaluation may be considered in lieu of a degree. 

Proven experience overseeing QA/QC initiatives, compliance, or program evaluation. 

Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. 

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a culture of accountability and excellence. 

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

Effective communication and training skills. 

Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
