Working closely with business leaders and technology teams, you help translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes.</span></p><p><span>You will contribute across the full project lifecycle within FSI, from strategy and design to delivery and optimisation, by:</span></p><ul><li><span>Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their business priorities and operational challenges, and advising on transformation strategies that align business objectives with technology capabilities;</span></li><li><span>Supporting the design and implementation of end-to-end transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience, leveraging technologies such as core platforms as well as emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics, etc.);</span></li><li><span>Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex programmes, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and innovation;</span></li><li><span>Taking an active role in managing delivery activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving progress towards agreed business outcomes;</span></li><li><span>Sharing your knowledge of FSI business trends, technology applications, and transformation best practices to strengthen the OIDS team’s capabilities;</span></li><li><span>Facilitating workshops, leading client discussions, and building trusted relationships across all organisational levels to ensure alignment and commitment.</span></li></ul><br/> <strong>Let's talk about you</str
