QualificationsThe most qualified candidates will have:

Bachelors in Social Work
CSW is preferred 
At least two (2) years of experience working with an elderly population
Exceptional organizational skills
Superior communication skills and the ability to relate to elders and their families
Competent computer and charting ability
A positive and cheerful demeanor
