Position Summary
Provision of admission services to potential patients and families consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Health. Provision of the initial patient admission and physical assessment for all patients being admitted to HIA Hospice Services. Identifies and coordinates initial medication and equipment needs and completes the initial plan of care for all admissions. 

This position is full-time and will be based out of our Fargo office location. 

Pay Range: Starting at $33.66/hour (based on experience).

Qualifications

Qualifications
•    Minimum of RN degree; BSN preferred
•    Minimum of two years' experience in a health care setting
•    Minimum of one year experience as a hospital staff nurse
•    Computer skills and experience are desired
•    Strong interpersonal, communication, assessment, counseling and teaching skills.  
•    Team player with ability to work independently. 
•    Flexibility in scheduling is required.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required
•    Current state RN license in North Dakota and Minnesota (or will obtain dual licensure upon employment offer)
•    Current driver's license and auto insurance
