Job Description
The Indiana University Foundation invites applicants for the Operations & Merchant Services Coordinator position in our Bloomington, Indiana office!
Working on the Operational Services and Analysis Team, you’ll be a go-to resource, helping manage multiple projects across the department. You will also serve as our Administration department’s OnBase strategic expert, by being the point person for learning and navigating our software, generating and interpreting data, and finding organizational systems within the software. Finally, you will provide essential support and backup across various functions within the team.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- An associate's degree is required, Bachelors preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a business environment.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Analytical skills and interpretive reasoning ability
- Project management and coordination skills
- Composure while working under pressure and in a high-volume transaction environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Motivated and proficient in learning technology and business solutions

This role can be on-site or hybrid. Candidates must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Indiana. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
The salary range for this role is $41,000-$44,000.
The position will be posted through February 14th however, screening could begin as soon as February 1st for qualified applicants. We anticipate a mid-March start date for this position.
