Your role is essential in enabling efficient project execution and governance across multiple CRM-related initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><h2><b><span>Purpose / Key <span>Responsibilities: </span></span></b><span> </span></h2><ul><li><p><b><span>Project Reporting &amp; Documentation:</span></b><span><span> </span><span>Prepare and </span><span>maintain</span><span> regular project</span><span> &amp; commercial</span><span> status reports, dashboards, and summaries for </span><span>C-suite and program </span><span>leadership </span><span>as well as other</span><span> stakeholders</span><span>, </span><span>leveraging</span><span> BI tools for advanced reporting and data </span><span>visualization</span><span>. </span><span>Document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions from project-related meetings</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Project Controlling &amp; Budget Monitoring:</span></b><span><span> Support planning, monitoring, and controlling of project </span><span>commercials</span><span>, timelines, and resource allocations.</span><span> </span><span>Track actuals vs. forecasts and escalate deviations where necessary</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>License Management: </span></b><span><span>Act as a License Manager and centrally collect license needs and coordinate those with the different Vendors (like Salesforce, Veeva </span><span>PromoMats</span><span>, etc.)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Milestone &amp; Risk Tracking:</span></b><span><span> Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple CRM initiatives (</span><span>e.g.</span><span> </span><span>Salesforce</span><span> OneCRM</span><span>, MLR, Customer Master</span><span>, Tender Management, etc.</span><span>), ensuring visibility and alignment with overall program timelines</span><span> and dependencies between the initiatives</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Tool &amp; Repository Management:</span></b><span><span> </span><span>Maintain</span><span> central repositories for project documentation, templates and resources using tools such a</span><span>s JIRA</span><span>, Confluence, </span><span>DevOps</span><span> and SharePoint</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Meeting Coordination &amp; Governance Support:</span></b><span><span> </span><span>Assist in organizing and coordinating project-related meetings, steering committees, and governance sessions. Ensure consistent and </span><span>timely</span><span> updates to relevant stakeholders</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Process Optimization:</span></b><span><span> </span><span>Contribute to the analysis and improvement of project tracking and reporting processes. </span><span>Identify</span><span> gaps and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>Requisite Qualification &amp; Experience:</span></b><span> </span></h2><ul><li><p>University <b>Master’s degree</b> in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field</p></li><li><p><b>At least 3 years of professional experience</b> in Pharma/ Life Science industries or Consulting, <span>preferably in strategic and business-oriented roles, controlling, and/or consulting</span></p></li><li><p>Experienced in the <b>coordination and management of commercial initiatives</b> across multiple countries and business divisions within a multinational company</p></li><li><p>Excellent <b>communication, presentation, and facilitation skills</b>, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Profound <b>project management and stakeholder management</b> skills, including use of project management tools</p></li><li><p><b>Strong analytical skills</b> and attentio
