About the Role
As one of our first Product Leads, you will be the driving force behind Sully.ai’s Agentic AI product strategy and execution. You’ll be both visionary and hands-on—working alongside engineering, design, and customer teams to accelerate product development. In our fast-paced startup environment, you will lead product innovation, drive rapid iteration, and ensure Sully.ai continues to set the standard in healthcare AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute Sully.ai’s product roadmap, aligning with mission and growth goals.

• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of features that solve critical healthcare challenges.

• Engage directly in prototyping, testing, and iterating with cross-functional teams.

• Gather and translate customer feedback into impactful product enhancements.

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate execution.

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to scale.

• Represent Sully.ai as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.

Hard Requirements

• Proven track record building and scaling products in high-growth environments.

• Early-stage startup experience (founding member or key hire in sub-20 person teams).

• Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale products that deliver measurable results.

• Hands-on innovator, comfortable prototyping and iterating quickly.

• Strong customer empathy with experience translating insights into product excellence.

• Strategic thinker able to balance long-term vision with near-term execution.

Nice-to-Have

• Direct experience in the AI sector.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance challenges in healthcare.

• Strong network across technology, healthcare, or digital health.

• Experience with data-driven product management and lean development methodologies.

First-Month Focus

• Build deep understanding of Sully.ai’s Agentic AI platform and customer workflows.

• Partner with Engineering and Design to align on roadmap priorities.

• Establish customer feedback loops and identify immediate iteration opportunities.

Success OKRs (90 Days)

• Deliver first set of new product features into production with measurable impact.

• Increase customer engagement/adoption metrics through iteration and feedback.

• Establish a repeatable, rapid experimentation process for product development.
