Position Overview:
As a Night Guest Service Representative at our Elgin campus, you will provide outstanding customer service to guests and students during evening hours. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that our clients experience the highest level of support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist guests and students as they arrive or call in.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about our programs and services.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, ensuring smooth operations.
• Document guest interactions and keep detailed records as required.
• Address customer concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with staff to maintain a highly welcoming and service-oriented environment.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the evening operations of the university as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
