We are in the process of international expansion and we must follow MiCA and other crypto regulations. As a Digital Regulatory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will participate in helping to secure the foundation of our operations and maintain compliance with evolving regulations. We try to act smart and automate certain aspects of the GRC area. At Confirmo you'd be using Vanta and possibly other tools from the GRC space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (particularly compliance, legal and IT), and regulatory authorities.

• Develop, manage, and monitor project plans and timelines.

• Draft policies and documents following the regulatory requirements. Find the right stakeholders to move from drafts into fully functional policies and acceptable documents.

• Facilitate regular status updates, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to align technical implementations with regulatory requirements.

• Communicate with our vendors to ensure compliance in relationships.

• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, meeting both internal and external deadlines.

Your profile:

• Proven experience with the implementation of any of the relevant frameworks including GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2.

• Compliance, risk management and/or IT security background. Familiarity with regulatory environments, particularly within the crypto or fintech sector is a bonus.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders speaking "different languages" (IT, legal, supervisory authorities).

• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
