The Role: 

As a member of the Aisera Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Director will empower employees to do the best work in their career, over-achieve targets, and drive the success of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and rollout of onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for our Account Executives, Sales Managers and SDRs. You will partner cross-functionally to build and deliver curriculum on Aisera messaging, products, processes, and role-based skills.

 

We are open to hire candidates in Palo Alto, CA/Los Angeles/Austin, TX location.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to identify and address gaps in sales processes, methodologies, and tools.

·         Create and deliver sales training programs and materials to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of our sales team, including product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and competitive positioning.

·         Design and implement a sales onboarding program to ensure new hires are quickly integrated, ramped up, and equipped to achieve their targets.

·         Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales team throughout the buyer's journey.

·         Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

·         Conduct regular assessments and audits of sales processes, tools, and training programs to identify gaps and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices in sales enablement to ensure our team remains competitive and ahead of the curve.

·         Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and optimize sales performance.

·         Manage and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Proven experience (5-10 years) in a Sales enablement role within an enterprise SaaS software company or similar technology-driven organization.

·         Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing techniques.

·         Demonstrated success in designing and delivering sales training programs and materials.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·         Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

·         Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.

·         Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
