Kitchen Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION<br><br>- **Food Prep:** Wash, peel, chop vegetables, and prepare meat/fish as directed by the chef.<br> <br>- **Kitchen Support:** Prepare spices, kitchen utensils, and assist in plating dishes.<br> <br>- **Cleaning:** Wash dishes and cookware; maintain a clean and tidy kitchen area.<br> <br>- **Inventory:** Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing food supplies into the storage/fridge correctly.<br> <br><br>JOB REQUIREMENTS<br><br>- **Certificate:** Must have a **Hygieniapassi** (or be ready to take the test upon hiring).<br> <br>- **Language:** Must be able to speak and understand **Vietnamese**; English is a plus.<br> <br>- **Experience:** Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is an advantage; training will be provided if none.<br> <br>- **Skills &amp; Attitude:** \* Fast-paced and able to handle pressure during peak hours.<br> <br><br>- Hardworking, clean, punctual, and responsible.<br> <br>- Good physical health (able to stand and move throughout the shift).
