Job Duties

Provides program and administrative support to the facility's Psychology/Forensics, Social Work and Community Services Departments through the provision of confidential, personal and general secretarial, office management, and clerical services as well as serving as the first point of contact for problem resolution and/or referral for services.

Minimum Qualifications

Considerable knowledge of office management, practices and procedures; working knowledge of program operations; working skill in keyboarding, ability to use spreadsheet and work processing programs, use of dictating and other automated office systems, ability to take minutes; excellent organization, written and communication skills; ability to work independently, effectively, and confidentially for several professionals, performing a multitude of complex duties and interacting well with Program, Institute, Department, and community personnel.
