Earn $19.33/hour

Position Details

Our residential workers provide for the safety and welfare of all consumers in the community residential rehab (CRR) setting, supporting their mental and physical well-being. They carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time. 
• Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
• Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
• Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.

Qualifications
