Omni Pittsburgh Corporation DBA Omni William Penn Hotel, headquartered at 530 William Penn Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15219; phone number: +1 (412) 553-5130, is seeking to fill two (2) Server positions from March 1st, 2026, to November 30th, 2026. This is for full-time, peak load, temporary employment. Duties include: The Server position must have full familiarity with menus and full knowledge of beverage offerings/promotions. The worker will set up and break down the Station and perform any necessary breakdown/side-work. The worker will also be responsible for polishing and cleaning the water glasses and flatware in his/her assigned station before opening hours. Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisor. Complete all assigned side work duties, provide service to guests, and ensure the cleanliness of all dining areas, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The worker must be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained. The workers must have knowledge of fine dining service. Special Requirements: Lifting trays, equipment, dishware, etc, up to 50 pounds. Pushing, pulling racks, Queen Marys, etc, up to 75 pounds. Carrying orders, equipment up to 25 pounds. Bending up to 30% of the shift, retrieving equipment, tray removal, etc. Continuous movement throughout the hotel – 80% of the shift. Continuous standing to fill, check, and deliver orders 60% of the shift. No prior experience or education is required. Conversational English required. Must pass a post-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Workers are subject to reasonable and/or post-injury/incident drug-testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. The work schedule is as follows: 35 hours per week. Workdays vary Sunday–Saturday, with rotating shifts including 5:00am–1:30pm, 6:00am–2:00pm, 7:00am–3:00pm, 10:00am–5:00pm, 3:00pm–11:30pm, 4:00pm– 12:30am, and 5:00pm–1:30am. The schedule rotates weekly based on business and event needs. All shifts are 8.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. The requested temporary workers will be based at 530 William Penn Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. This position is governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). A tip credit will be applied in accordance with federal and state wage laws to meet the required prevailing wage of $7.67. The employer will ensure that the combination of the base hourly wage and tips received equals or exceeds the prevailing wage for all hours worked. If at any time the tip credit does not result in total earnings meeting or exceeding the prevailing wage, the employer will make up the difference in each payroll cycle. The basic wage rate is $7.67 per hour upon hire plus tips. After 3 months of continuous employment, the wage increases to $8.09 per hour plus tips; after 6 months, it increases to $8.52 per hour plus tips. Effective October 1, 2026, the base wage rate increases to $8.77 per hour plus tips. The employer may, at its discretion, provide wage increases based on experience, tenure, performance, market conditions, and/ or as outlined in the CBA. Overtime hours may be available at $11.51 per hour. Effective October 1, 2026, overtime will be paid at $13.16 per hour. An overtime premium will be paid when Work performed by an employee in excess of eight hours in a workday (ten hours for employees working a four ten-hour workweek), 40 hours in any one workweek, or on the sixth or seventh day of work in the same workweek, shall be considered as overtime, and compensation shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times his/her regular hourly rate, unless such sixth or s
