With your design expertise, you give our brands a distinct and coherent visual identity</li><li>Solution-oriented: you listen to understand the business objective and are able to deliver a range of solutions to meet set objectives​</li><li>You inspire and think beyond the obvious, are tuned into culture and able to flex depending on task and audience from B2C to B2B, younger to older audiences to ensure excellent design delivery while developing our online marketing capabilities further</li></ul><h3>Qualifikationen</h3><ul><li>An outstanding portfolio of motion and digital design that shows deep understanding of design principles and brand design​</li><li>Able to work in a cross-functional environment and drive stakeholder alignment and communication​</li><li>Strong experience within motion design software's such as Adobe AE, Premier Pro, Cinema 4D, Affinity, etc.</li><li>Curiosity and deep interest in JobTech​</li><li>Executional and strategic creative thinking​</li><li>Experience managing creative projects​</li></ul><h3>Zusätzliche Informationen</h3><ul><li><strong>Your start at The Stepstone Group:</strong> We want you to feel comfortable right from the get-go and you can begin networking immediately.
