Segment, Business Unit or Corporate Group:
This position will be part of the CHANNEL BUSINESS UNIT--Supporting all TE Business Units, the Channel Business Unit collaborates with approximately 300 distributors around the world on TE's global distribution vision, strategy and business initiatives.

• As Strategy & Business Development Intern will help identify & shape strategic priorities to grow and/or accelerate business and turn them into actionable plans and monitor progress toward key goals.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys formulating strategies, identifying business opportunities, problem-solving, developing cross-functional action plans, and deploying them.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, defining and execution of strategic initiatives
• Support identification and development of business opportunities across distribution network
• Identify strategic and operational risks or bottlenecks and propose mitigation actions
• Formulate a cross-functional approach, helping align teams on deliverables
• Help facilitate change management and communication rollouts for new initiatives
You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a MBA Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Communications from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.39 - $40.40/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
