About the Role

We are seeking a Senior High Volume Talent Acquisition Associate to help scale our High Volume functions. In this role, you'll build hiring processes from scratch, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and partner with business leaders to meet hiring goals. You'll manage candidates throughout the hiring process, act as a consultant on recruiting strategies, and use data to provide updates to leadership. You'll also ensure compliance in our ATS (Greenhouse) and foster strong relationships with candidates, representing our company and values throughout the process.

• Deliver Results: Build pipelines from scratch when necessary, continuously working to find the perfect candidate—no matter how long it takes
