Working closely with Director, Corporate Communications as a matrix manager, responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic internal and external communications as set out in the Procurement communications strategy. This role has accountability for the management and oversight of specific initiatives to drive a greater understanding and awareness of AbbVie’s business strategy, high-performing culture, and leadership with the purpose of engaging and empowering  employees to embody our high-performing culture, which enhances our company's reputation as a great place to work.  In addition, this role will provide project management support for Procurement-wide strategic initiatives in scope for Integrated Procurement Management office.

This Procurement role will play a strategic role in building a next-generation approach to Procurement as it transforms to become a trusted business partner and an enabler of key business strategy, along with customer of choice for suppliers.
