Customer Service Banking (6 month contract)

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparation & reconciliation of daily customer service payment files.

• Review payment files for duplicates.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders across the business pertaining to the compilation of our payment files, ensuring efficient processing of payments.
• Work closely with our Customer Service Digital team, providing feedback to identify areas of improvement to our processes and test changes.

Please note this is a 6 month contract

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
• Show a natural ability in problem solving
• Possess a high level of interpersonal and written skills
• Detail orientated; ability to complete large volume of work quickly
• Must have flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic and tactful whilst working under pressure
• Proactive approach to dealing with errors/complaints
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Personality traits: enthusiasm, flexibility, patience and excellent communication skills
