Job Description

We’re looking for a PreSales & Quality Lead Account. Joining the Presales team you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to our growth, by being actively involved in managing the Inbound requests of potential business clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Inbound management of commercial requests
• Phone interviews in order to identify the best contact person for each customer
• Proactive scouting in order to generate new business opportunities for the sales network

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma (or higher level) is required
• Previous experience in the contact center field or related activities
• Excellent knowledge and use of Office Automation tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team working and problem solving skills
• Flexibility, Proactivity and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce tool will be considered a plus
