As our Product Owner, you will…
You are a team player, proficient at creating quality SAAS web applications, and willing to deliver a product that will delight your end users. You will primarily be involved in working with an Agile Scrum team of 6-8 developers helping evolve SaaS web applications for SMB and Enterprise customers that will streamline their management of digital marketing campaigns. Reporting to the SVP Group Marketing Technology Leader as a product management team member, the product owner focuses primarily on delivering the initiative, feature or solution that the Product Team had researched, road mapped and prioritized. You will work with a cross-functional agile team to translate the product strategy into actionable tasks.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Build requirements, functional specifications and maintains a prioritized backlog
- Supervise the work of UX consultants to produce mockups and prototypes for the development team
- Support sales and marketing to provide demo material and sales enablement material
- Create product documentation and communicate product updates and release notes
- Responds to internal requests for technical or product roadmap questions.
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience developing web applications front-end development, has solid experience in backend development for a full-time commitment and is familiar with API integrations.
- Solid understanding of Jira, Confluence, Marketo, and other digital marketing tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience. MERGE’s career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role, and are promoted into the next level, generally during salary review cycles which are posted in the employee handbook.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $134,000.00
Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience.
