Job Summary
We are seeking and Administrative Assistant for Acendion Capital & Development. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to multiple business leaders. Key tasks include managing calls, calendar and email management, meeting preparation, management of executive reports and other office duties.

- Able to proactively anticipate needs.
These skills will be used to:
- Act as the first point of contact for the President on answering emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and schedule various meetings and events. Preps the associated materials and helps distribute.
- Manage email and calendar events for the President. Reads and flags emails for action and responds to invitations in a timely manner.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for Acendion associates.
- Assist in expense reporting and other invoice related items.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
Physical demands and work environment:
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
