We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Community Events Associate to support community outreach initiatives, promotional events, and client campaigns. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and creating positive experiences through in-person engagement.
As a Community Events Associate, you will assist with the planning and execution of local events, represent client organizations professionally, engage with community members, and help increase awareness through strategic outreach efforts.
No previous event marketing experience is required. We provide training and professional development for motivated individuals who want to build skills in event coordination, customer engagement, marketing, communications, and community relations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives
- Represent clients and partner organizations at local events and community activities
- Engage with attendees and provide information in a professional and friendly manner
- Build positive relationships with community members, customers, and team members
- Support event logistics including preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities
- Help increase brand awareness through face-to-face marketing and community engagement
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign strategy discussions
- Provide feedback and insights to improve event performance and customer experiences
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of client brands
