Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Position Summary: 

We are seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners with primary care and/or urgent care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, treating a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to improving the health and well-being of our community. 

Opportunity Details:  

• New Patients and Walk-ins Daily – 45 patients between 2 Providers 

• On-Site Lab and Medical Imaging  

• 6 Exam Rooms 

• Clinic Hours (Monday – Friday; 7:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.) (Weekends; 7:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.)
