Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health
Location: Eugene, Oregon
Compensation: Starting at $35/ hour, Depending on experience, Open to Negotiation!
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in a home health setting, following individualized care plans.- Monitor patients’ health by assessing vital signs, administering medications, and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse.- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans to support their independence.- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as required.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services provided.
What You'll Bring:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an LPN- Current CPR certification- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
