We provide facility and preventative maintenance services to aviation, government, and commercial facilities throughout the United States and the Caribbean. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add an Facilities Maintenance Technician to our dynamic team.

Scope of Work

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities within our Facilities environment. This role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Replace or repair defective parts using hand and power tools
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery
• Perform inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a Facilities environment
• Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent or technical certification
• Must have a valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
