This is a full-time, direct placement for Structural Unlimited Construction


Summary:

The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, budgets, issues, and risks of the project. They ensure that the project is organized, runs smoothly and efficiently. This can include communication with the field crew, our project management team, customers, and vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page. The project coordinator is responsible for the administrative work around the project, including submittals, change orders, RFI's, and various other tasks. The project coordinator holds a key role in making sure the project is successful and runs smoothly, they have their hands on all aspects of the project.


Job Duties

· Gather Invitation to Bids and get them to the Estimating dept.

· Assist the project team in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, specs, and project plans.

· Execute project management teams administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.

· Coordinate RFIs and drawing changes with the management team to ensure they get followed up.

· Follow-up with outstanding change orders.

· Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

· Be the backstop to make sure the correct information gets to the right person, and make sure that person follows up, leave no stone unturned.


Requirements

Must Have Skills:

· Background in computer/technology, project management software, Microsoft and excel applications

· ability to multitask yet give all focus to the task at hand

· properly prioritize tasks and commitments

· organized and completed tasks on time

· professional communication with our team, customers and vendors

· ability to learn and ask questions is a key skill

· Must have 5-10 years experience with project management in commercial ground up construction.



Bonus:

· Knowledge of Procore or specific project management software

· Previous construction industry knowledge

· Previous office administrative work
