As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle needs.
• Clearly explain service options, recommend appropriate maintenance, and provide accurate estimates.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art service management system to efficiently handle customer appointments and vehicle information.
• Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Adhere to dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre screen background and drug test
