Quality and Compliance Supervisor

On call with supervisor rotation.  Experience with CMMS systems and Facilities regulatory reporting is a must.  

Facilitates compliance with regulatory requirements in regard to Utilities and Fire or Life Safety Systems through data collection, analysis and trending of required regulatory indicators. Reviews data from internal and external data sources and reports information to leadership and committees as requested. Creates and analyzes quality metrics and work processes to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, Indiana State Department of Health requirements and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) as applicable. Assists leadership with special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• Fire Stop Fit Level 2 Certification is preferred.
• Requires knowledge of Joint Commission standards, NFPA codes, ISDH requirements, CMS Conditions of Participation, and federal, state and local codes and requirements.
• Requires accurate use of computers and working knowledge of various software programs.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Total Maintenance System (TMS), Joint Commission Connect and Microsoft SharePoint experience is preferred.
