Description

We are a dynamic, fast-growing company seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our remote team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating agile processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects, and helping our cross-functional teams work together effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.Remove blockers and help teams stay focused on their goals and priorities.Foster collaboration and communication between product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.Ensure the team follows Agile principles and continuously improves through feedback and retrospectives.Help track and manage the team's progress using Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leadership to ensure cross-team coordination and dependencies are managed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience facilitating virtual Scrum ceremonies and managing remote teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.Experience using Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
