The Manager, Enterprise Project Managers is accountable for overseeing the delivery of enterprise-level projects while managing a team of project managers. This role focuses on project execution, team development, and operational excellence. The Manager ensures that projects align with IDeaS’ strategic objectives, delivering measurable results on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality.

 

What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise project managers.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and professional growth opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and guide project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management for large-scale, global, and strategic projects.
  • Pro-actively look for project risks and issues which can be mitigated before they turn into a larger item which can slow-down the project
  • Monitor and ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Gain a solid understanding of the IDeaS product, install and technical processes to provide support to the Enterprise Project Management team and direction to complex programs
  • Responsible for running a few client projects/programs
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, performance, and resource needs, recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Develop and manage operational processes for project delivery to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the use of IDeaS CRM software and other tools for accurate tracking and reporting of project milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Negotiate and resolve challenges to ensure win-win outcomes for all parties.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication on project progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align project goals with business strategy.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by supporting initiatives, building frameworks, and developing project delivery strategies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

What you’ll bring to us…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a project management role.
  • 3+ years managing or leading teams of project managers.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, complex, or global projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in people management, team building, and coaching.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and accommodate varying time zones as needed.
  • Flexibility to manage deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience implementing project management processes, SOPs, or frameworks.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment, contract management, and performance reporting.
  • Background in software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
  • Flexible working hours might be required to meet project deadlines and accommodate clients in various time zones.
  • Work is typically performed in an office environment, with minimal physical exertion.
