Financial Analyst Senior (Long Range Financial Planning)

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Long Range Financial Planning team at our Indianapolis location on a Hybrid schedule. 

The Senior Financial Analyst supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas  based on historical, comparative, and projection data.  Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making.  Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

• Working with IUHMG, IU Health, and IU School of Medicine data to help ensure we can make improvements to our physician group cost structure and provide departments with the appropriate education and research funding to help the IU Health/IUSM Enterprise achieve success in its tripartite mission:  Clinical, Education and Research

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
•Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
