DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

• Creation of adoption dashboards and reports
• Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently
• Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions
• Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation
• Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders
• Reporting to relevant structures

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of fundamentals of IT development
• Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports
• Good knowledge of managing and filtering/analysing data
• Good knowledge of IT tools used in the office environment
• Good knowledge of written/spoken English and/or French
• Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports). 

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

• At least 3 years of experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence…)
• At least 3 years of experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile

 

The following standards are required for the performance of tasks: 

• Atlassian collaborative tools
• Microsoft Office Tools
