Seasonal Sales Support Intern- San Francisco, Part Time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Client Relations team and retail partners to execute the NYC Blue Book event for the Pacific Northwest region
• Support all stages of the NYC Blue Book event, including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event support
• Oversee car service coordination and FS1 management for clients
• Support on coordination of client gifting
• Develop and manage clients’ Blue Book itineraries
• Work with third-party concierge agencies and vendors to execute the Blue Book strategy
• Support on tracking expenditures
• Work closely with corporate partners to uphold brand standards
• Report to the Client Relations Manager
• Location: Bay Area / NYC

The hourly range for this position is $19.71-$26.68 and depended upon candidate's experience.

EXPERIENCE Required:

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Client service skills and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks is required.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $19.00- $25.88. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon
candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
