Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Assoicate, Account Executive supports the Senior Sales Director by performing general sales activities such as: customer follow-up, brand support, relationship building with asst. buyers and buyers, inventory send-out, order confirmations, etc. These supporting tasks will be in addition to managing a small specialty store account base.

 

Strategy & Innovation

  • Collect, update, and maintain Style Selling reporting across all wholesale partners; monitor style selling on a weekly basis.
  • Manage brand’s digital presence ensuring wholesale partner copy and imagery is up to brand standards; reviewing for promotions and potential off cadence markdowns.
  • Maintain and update Digital selling platform, Nuorder for Coterie and Runway360 working cross functionally with Marketing/PR and Design as needed. 

 Operations & Results

  • Own purchase order process, follow up with internal customer service, help reach out to buyers with order feedback. Send out order confirmations in market and reorders.
  • Run and update ATS for weekly send outs / reorder opportunities.
  • Update and maintain monthly and quarterly Class Recap reporting and Inventories report for Finance.
  • Support in all market related preparation including showroom for market; organize and support photoshoots for line sheets; build and maintain NuOrder page to share with accounts, and build/maintain the market calendar.
  • Provide In market and post market support from order entry, reconciliation, and post market recaps.
  • Lead new vendor set up process, following up with customer operations, legal, and accounts as needed to finalize and ensure timely set up.
  • Assist with general day to day duties including ad hoc reporting from SAP and daily customer requests/support.

 Customers & Relationships

  • Partner with internal customers and colleagues including Production, Operations, Imports, and Shipping to help ensure timely delivery of goods. Lend support in reaching out for extensions, if needed.
  • Support in managing account base in terms of building and nurturing relationships.
  • Work with the Sales Director on projections for the season.
  • Send out ATS for in season reorder opportunities, as needed.
  • Support in-person and virtual buy meetings with accounts.

 Leadership & Teams

  • Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up in timely manner as necessary.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training in fast paced wholesale sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel - must be confident using Excel. Required: Vlook up, Pivot Tables, LEFT, RIGHT, Concatenate
  • Solid understanding of basic retail math: sell thru, receipts, on hand, turn, etc.
  • Superior organizational skills. Detail oriented and meticulous.
  • Ability to multi-task, pivot and reprioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team oriented, warm, outgoing and calm.
  • Familiarity with SAP, NuOrder, and Joor a plus.
