THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager that’s ready to be part of our rapidly growing business. On top of being directly involved in delivering key features and improvements for customers, you will lead, shape, and influence the direction of a product strategic pillar for the FanDuel Casino. You will translate customer needs and solve pain points, delivering towards the product vision and business OKRs that you have set out together with a wide range of stakeholders in engineering, design, commercial and marketing teams. As your remit is both broad and narrow, you will be expected to line manage or direct a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, flexing that leadership and management skills you have.

  • Lead a key product strategic pillar, defining the vision and OKRs that will deliver meaningful and positive impact for our customers and business.
  • Manage (If applicable) and coach other product managers and owners working within this
  • Maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and
  • Assess product opportunities and contribute meaningfully to ideation and prioritization for new initiatives and product.
  • Play an active role in striving for team and process improvements beyond your direct
  • Work with third party suppliers who are essential partners to our product, building trust, collaboration, and a one-team mentality.
  • Champion of outcome driven mindset, consistently track and measure
  • Responsible for communication and alignment between your strategic pillar and the wider strategy


THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality.
  • Experience in people management and building high performing
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
  • Mature product management know-how, experienced in various PM frameworks and
  • Understands how to objectively prioritize initiatives with
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to adapt to situations through critical thinking and
  • Team player, able to bring people together to foster high levels of collaboration and a one-team
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
