Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Work with talent acquisition, talent management and learning teams to improve the effectiveness and impact of their programs through the development of data-drive solutions.
- Develop talent-facing AI applications to enhance the value and experiences of HR programs.
- Build predictive models to identify talent trends and learning needs.
- Engineer systems to support the work of other data analysts and data scientists on the team.
- Collaborate with leaders to align data insights with business objectives.
- Design and implement machine learning models to identify talent and help them reach their potential.
- Create engaging AI experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover the effectiveness or impact of strategic initiatives.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into HR processes.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and ethical use in all analyses.
What you'll bring...
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience doing data science or advanced analytics for an organization.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and handling large, complex datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Experience working with talent management teams.
- Expertise building applications using multi-agent frameworks (ADK, langchain).
- Strong communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
