Max's Swing Lounge, one of our newest establishments recently opened beside its sister location, Max's Tavern, in the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, is now seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic full-time Bartender. Max's Swing Lounge incorporates indoor golfing and luxury dining for a sophisticated twist. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and highly experienced in a fast-paced, upscale, lounge-dining environment, with open availability and flexibility. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of eccentricity, class, and passion to the role. As a bartender at Max's Swing Lounge, you will not only mix fantastic drinks but also help create an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Experience working in a high-volume, professional setting.

• Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area

• Ensure proper portion control and adherence to recipes

• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

• Verify the identification and age of customers

• Balance cash receipts and record sales

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience REQUIRED (2 years preferred) 

• A keen sense of organization and cleanliness

• Ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Tips training will be required within 90 days of hire (we will provide the training)
